**What is Resumedit?**

**How do AI credits work?**
Every plan includes monthly AI credits used for resume generation, enhancements, tailoring, analysis, and cover letters. Credits refresh on your billing date and usage is visible on the AI Credits page. Unused credits do not roll over. Launch includes 3 credits / month; Pro and Pro Yearly each include 150 credits / month.

**What does the AI Resume Tailor do?**
It runs a 3-agent AI pipeline that reads a job description, rewrites your bullets in role-specific language, surfaces the right keywords for that posting, and outputs a tailored resume optimized for ATS and recruiter screens.

**Are the templates ATS friendly?**
Yes. All templates are designed to pass applicant tracking systems while still reading professionally to recruiters. Launch includes Classic, Minimal, and one ATS template; Pro unlocks all recruiter and ATS templates.

**Which template should I use?**
- **Modern:** tech, data, and skills-first roles.
- **Professional:** management, sales, and client-facing roles with measurable outcomes.
- **Role-Focused:** when you want a layout tuned to a specific job title.
- **ATS:** plain-text format optimized for parsing by Taleo, Workday, Greenhouse, and similar systems.

**Can I keep my original resumes?**
Yes. Original uploads and enhanced versions are stored. You can revert, compare versions, and download any iteration. Pro keeps your full history forever.

**Can I change plans later?**
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — you're charged the difference for the remaining time in your current billing period, and credits reset to the new plan's allocation. To switch from monthly to yearly Pro, you're charged $199 minus any unused time on the monthly plan. To return to Launch, cancel your subscription on the account page; the plan downgrades automatically when the current period ends.

**Can I cancel my subscription anytime?**
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro features until then.

**Do you offer refunds?**
Yes. There is a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. Contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

**What file formats can I import?**
PDF, DOCX, and TXT. Content is extracted and structured in the builder.

**How do I export my resume?**
Export to PDF or print directly from the builder. Both recruiter and ATS templates render reliably for download.

**Do you store my resume data securely?**
Yes. Industry-standard security is used. Data is not shared with third parties for marketing, and you can delete your account and all data at any time.

**Can I use Resumedit for multiple job searches?**
Yes. Pro allows unlimited resumes and saved jobs, plus team-mode shared pipelines in the job tracker. You can tailor a separate resume per role and track applications through Kanban stages.

**What happens if I run out of AI credits?**
Manual features (editing, templates, exports, tracker) keep working. To use AI features again, wait for the monthly refresh or upgrade for more credits.
